  • Master of Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Alabama
  • Certified Rehabilitation Counselor
  • Licensed Professional Counselor
I’m so glad you are here. I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor, which means I help you find ways out of suffering or confusion and into wellness. I specialize in holistic psychotherapy. I draw on scientifically proven methods from psychology, neuroscience, and integrative medicine to foster physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being. I guide individuals towards self-actualization by making step-by-step changes to their beliefs, thoughts, and self-care behaviors, at a pace that is comfortable and sustainable.
My style of working with people is very down to earth, holistic and gentle. In our sessions, I use empathy, compassion and insight in addition to my education and training to guide your healing. I have a very warm and uplifting spirit that I use to encourage you through your journey of life. I create an environment where you are free and can find the truth that is within you. I begin where you are and feel most comfortable.

I work with individuals to heal from the difficulties of depression, anxiety and other mood changes that can happen throughout life. I have over ten years of experience providing evidence-based, individualized services to children, adolescents, and adults. My passion has always been helping others and the longer I am in the field, the more this passion flourishes. I enjoy seeing the transformation and healing in my clients.
I work with adults of all ages and children as young as 5 years old.

Megan Williams, MS, LPSC, LPC-IT

Hello, my name is Megan Williams. I am a three time Mount Mary graduate, earning my undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science/Psychology, my Master of Science in Counseling (school concentration), and my Post-masters certificate in Clinical Mental Health. I am a married mother of two. My family and I love to travel, watch movies and shows, and make each other laugh. My favorite self-care activities are exercise, bike rides, listening to soothing music, meditation, and long, aromatic showers. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a MPS school counselor and served on the Wisconsin School Counseling Association board of directors. Though I now live in Texas, I was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; forever a Wisconsinite, through and through (Go Pack Go!).
My approach to therapy is easy-going and collaborative. I listen with the goal of hearing who you are, what you’ve experienced, and the impact that the culmination of these things has had on your mind, body, and spirit. Together, we will explore and highlight the parts of you that continue to serve you well, clarify the parts that need refining, and develop goals to help your progress toward meaningful change.
Becoming a therapist has been a significant and meaningful part of my life’s progression. In addition to my academic studies, I have had many experiences, both professional and personal, that led me to this career. I can truly say that I am grateful for this opportunity to serve others in such a purposeful and intentional way.
I conduct virtual sessions for individuals and couples. If you feel that my approach aligns with your needs, do not hesitate to reach out. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello, my name is Drea, a Psychotherapist, from Milwaukee Wisconsin. I am a proud three-time graduate of Mount Mary University and received my Master's level education in counseling and Clinical Mental Health.
My Therapeutic style is approachable and caring. I am also a strong advocate for my clients. I use humor and my own experiences to relate to my clients. My main priority is making sure my clients feel comfortable opening up to me during our time together. Therefore, I enjoy when and want my clients to feel free in bringing their lifestyle and way of communicating to sessions.
Choosing and trusting someone to help you move forward through what is often a difficult time is a big decision. Everyone who enters therapy is looking for their "right fit" when looking for a therapist, which I fully acknowledge and take very seriously.
I have over ten years of experience in treating clients of all ages. I diagnose and treat anxiety, depression, severe and persistent mental illness, addiction, grief, and trauma.
My counseling approach integrates aspects of both Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies. I work with each of my clients to identify their goals, and together we create a plan that we will utilize in therapy. I like to look at treatment planning as a living document that will grow and change as you do in therapy.
Providing therapy is my life's passion and I sincerely look forward to meeting and working with you.

Jacquelyn Tumminello, MS, LPC-IT

Sometimes anxiety, difficult emotions, and painful experiences keep showing up, even when you try your best to manage them. Maybe you’ve become exhausted from constantly pushing them away or toughing it out. What if you could embrace a life that wasn’t controlled by fear, worry, or sadness? Having someone who truly listens to you without judgement can be a foundation to move towards that reality. I believe counseling best honors each client’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals through a collaborative process. I work best with introspective adults and teens who are looking for a therapist with a warm, realistic style.
Together we can focus on meaningful areas of your life that impact your overall sense of wellness. This can include exploring your relationships, career/education, physical well-being, interests, and spirituality. We’ll work on new ways to relate to those hard emotions and thoughts. I also use EMDR to help clients address distressing past events.
Ultimately, my goal is to support you in returning to (or discovering) a life that closely aligns with your personal values. I’d be happy to connect over the phone to help you see if this would be the right fit for you or your teen.

My experience further includes working in middle and high school settings as well as in community mental health.

I feel passionate about creating a safe, welcoming space for you to work towards your individual needs, goals, and areas of growth. As your counselor, I am ready to walk side-by-side with you as you begin your journey towards growth, healing, and wellness.

Saraya Meraki

  • Clinical Counseling Intern
I am a graduate student finishing my final year at Mount Mary University (Milwaukee, Wis.) to obtain an M.S. in Professional Counseling with a Clinical Counseling concentration. I approach the counseling experience through a holistic, relational perspective of connection. I believe our work in counseling centers in a safe space and meets you where you are. Working on self always happens within relationships – with ourselves and our families, as well as our social, spiritual, and political systems. I practice an approach that celebrates our unique, authentic identities while supporting personal and community growth and healing.
Traumatic experiences rewire our brains and underlie many of the relational issues we face. I will compassionately challenge you to be curious and explore where you feel “stuck” so we can discover what strategies you use to cope and shift your relationship with them. I believe you already hold the resources to overcome shame and develop resilience, vulnerability, courage, and self-compassion. Whatever your goals or challenges, I will support you as you learn how to interact with your brain, body, emotions, and spirit(s) to heal and grow.
I enjoy spending time with my husband, canine kids, and chosen family and friends. In my free time, I love exploring the Midwest with my husband on our Harley, watching British crime shows, and listening to true crime podcasts. I enjoy anything in nature and practice yoga, Tae Bo, and strength training. I try (I’m not perfect!) to practice balanced nutrition, sleep, and technology time.

Kailagh O'Keefe

  • Clinical Counseling Intern
Hi, I’m Kailagh & I am so proud of you taking the steps you are taking to feel better. Not just mentally, but physically and spiritually as well.I am here to help you with my holistic approach, to work together to focus on all aspects of you to find balance and understanding. You have all the answers and the tools you need, so let’s work together to increase coping skills, learn effective tools to help with life's transitions. Together, we will create a brave space for us to dive deeper to work on understanding your motivations, experiences, while being able to grow.

I am currently finishing up my graduate degree at Mount Mary University in Clinical Mental Health. With 9 years of experience working with high school students as they make the biggest decision of their life, through compassion and empathy I have been able to help my clients with their struggles of anxiety, uncertainty, college athletes, stress management, low self esteem, and lack of self awareness towards their own goals. I have also worked with the LGBTQ + community through times of transitions, and the deeper feelings that go along with becoming who people are truly meant to be. In addition, I have a strong passion for women between the ages of 22 - 40 who are struggling to identify their own relationship with alcohol.

As your counselor, I am dedicated to finding unique treatment plans, activites, and resources that work best for you to facilitate the change and growth you are seeking.

Justin Clemens, Life Coach

Hello and Welcome! My name is Justin, and I am so glad you are here. Do you feel like you’re stuck in your own mind? Lost direction? Do you have doubts about which direction to go professionally, in your relationship, with your friends or even your family? How about your perception of others and most importantly, yourself? We can help! I am currently a full-time police officer with over 7.5 years’ experience in 3 different areas of Wisconsin. I have worked with a wide variety of people. I have worn many different “hats” and take on multiple roles daily depending on the situation. Some days at work I can be a therapist, some days I work with juveniles, mental health crisis’, calls of domestic relationships (physical and emotional) and the list goes on and on. I have also spent about a year with an excellent company in the private sector, so I have some business experience as an employee and supervisor.
I am taking some of my personal and professional experiences and going to bring them into the business of life coaching to make YOU a better YOU. I believe to be fulfilled and happy, we must understand our own thoughts, feelings, and beliefs before being able to commit to our jobs, our relationships, our kids and our families. Once you do this, you can live your best life & succeed. I want to be your life coach and make a difference in the world one person at a time. We can start doing this by looking at ourselves in the mirror. My coaching approach will depend on what works best for you, but I believe we all have the tools to succeed and together, we will figure out how to get there, whatever “there” looks like.
Are we a good fit for you? Please feel free to contact us to discuss working together. We see  clients at our office located in Grafton, WI and online.
